Ray Laws

Ray has owned Central Carolina Billiards since 2013. Ray is also the owner of The United States Professional Poolplayers franchise in  Mecklenburg county in North Carolina.  Ray was an installer for the The United States Professional Poolplayers National tournament at Binions Casino in Las Vegas.
